Westminster nomination, Arbroath & Broughty Ferry

Over the past few weeks I have been grateful to friends and family locally for their encouragement to stand in the new Arbroath and Broughty Ferry seat for the SNP. I am also grateful to the local Westminster Campaign Committee for their nomination.

I am aware of how tough it can be to sit at Westminster. However, this election could not be more important as we continue to make the case for Independence and deliver a strong voice for local communities across Dundee and Angus. That means selecting a candidate with experience, local roots and a strong track record.
